Please be advised that between 4:00am - 5:00am GMT on Monday, 2nd of December, our banking platform will be undergoing scheduled maintenance.
During this window, there will be a 2-3 minute period where you won't be able to make card payments or send outbound payments, and inbound payments will be delayed in appearing in your account.
Account balances may also not be visible during this maintenance period.
Once the maintenance has been completed, all of Kroo's features will be available for use and any inbound payments received during the window will be processed and appear in your account balance.
