Please be advised that between 4:30am - 5:30am BST on Wednesday, 8th May, our our banking platform will be undergoing scheduled maintenance.
During this window, there will be a 20 minute period where you won't be able to make card payments or send outbound payments, and inbound payments will be delayed in appearing in your account.
Once the maintenance has been completed, all of Kroo’s features will be available for use and any inbound payments received during the window will be processed and appear in your account balance.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused whilst we improve our services.
